The tattoos that are chosen are an expression of their individuality that lasts a lifetime. Our artist's create their works on human canvas and are second to none.
Phat Katz owner, Bryan Wallace, is a member of the National Tattoo Association (NTA). Our tattoo artists are members of the Alliance of Professional Tattooist's (APT). We have a RN on staff and each member of our staff is trained and equipped to perform safe, sanitary procedures for every tattoo or piercing, no matter how small.
With over 35 years combined experience of pushing ink, we strive to make your visit as pleasant and satisfying as possible.
We have thousands of designs for you to browse through and our artists are more than willing to assist you in the design of the perfect tattoo with only your imagination as the limit.
We have private work stations and maintain a very professional attitude throughout the entire process. From the time you enter until the moment you leave your safety and satisfaction is Priority One.
Tattoo & Piercing ID Requirements
The State of Virginia requires that an individual be 18 years of age and provide proof of age through the means of a valid goverment issued photo id. Accepted forms of photo identification are any state issued driving license, military id, or United States Passport. Birth Certificates, School ID's, or Social Security Cards (or any combination) are not acceptable under State Law.
Tattoo & Piercing ID Requirements For Minors
The State of Virginia requires that an individual under 18 years of age be accompanied by
their parent or legal guardian. Parent or legal guardian must be able to prove relationship to minor child and both individuals
must provide proof of age through the means of a valid goverment issued photo id. Accepted forms of photo identification are any
state issued learner's permit/driving license, military id, or United States Passport.
Birth Certificates, School ID's, or Social Security Cards (or any combination) are not
acceptable under State Law.
